In support of Aussie Berries, here is my fave Strawberry Smoothie recipe. It’s healthy, delicious and super satisfying.
These little morsels are a brilliant finger food for out-about snacks and on-the-go. They freeze well offering ultimate convenience, and they also make a terrific breakfast option, especially when served with fresh sliced banana or strawberries.
They do require a spare 10 minutes for the batter to rest, but If you are anything like me, always starting one job, getting distracted and coming back to it later, that shouldn’t be a problem!
