Love Thy Berry‚ Choc Strawberry Shake

In support of Aussie Berries, here is my fave Strawberry Smoothie recipe. It's healthy, delicious and super satisfying.

Ingredients

  • 5 Fresh Aussie Strawberries – washed and hulled. (I often have them in the freezer which does make a thicker creamier smoothie)
  • 4-6 cubes of ice
  • 2 Medjool dates - pips removed
  • 2 tsp raw cacao powder
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 scoop natural protein powder (optional – can replace with toddler formula if desired)

    Place all ingredients in a high-powered blender and blitz for 1 minute to create a creamy choc-berry smoothie.
