Pasta Cakes

You will fall in love with the ease and deliciousness of these pasta cakes. Great for little fingers and lunch boxes and terrific for using up left over pasta.

I typically use Spaghetti Bolognaise, Carbonara or Tuna Pasta but just about anything works well.

Ingredients

  • 1 - 2 cups or as much left-over pasta and sauce as you have
  • 1 - 2 eggs depending on how much pasta
  • 1 tbsp grated tasty cheese per egg
  • fresh chopped parsley (optional)

Notes

Can be made in regular muffin tray using patty pans to line. Also great with added chopped ham or sautéed bacon!

Method

    Pre-heat oven to 190 degrees.
  • 2

    Whisk eggs in a large bowl. Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine. Spoon into Freezer Pods and bake for 15 to 20 minutes until set and turning golden.

    Allows to cool in pods before removing and enjoying warm or cold.
